the freedom of the “Three Ahwazi Activist” Implementation of Absent Justice

One year has passed since the detention of three leaders and members from the Arab Struggle Movement for the Liberation of Ahwaz including, Mr. Habib Jaber, Mr. Yaqoub Horr Al-Tastari and Mr.N asser Jaber, who three are still detained without any trial.

The illegal detention that is unanimously agreed by many is known to be economic deals concluded by the Iranian regime with various European parties in order to implement its own agendas. And most importantly destroying Al-Ahwaz cause,  which  Iranian regime failed to eliminate its activists through assassination, kidnapping, and defaming their reputation.

In this regard, the Al-Ahwaz Organization for the Defense of Human Rights calls on and urges the Danish government to reconsider the issue relating to the detention of leaders and members of the Arab Struggle Movement for the Liberation of Ahwaz.

It condemns the submission of a number of countries to Iranian pressure as well as  conducting deals and political settlement. Also, stressing the need for the international community and governments to provide the necessary protection for all Ahwazi refugees around the world.

Furthermore, the organization stresses that establishing any relationship with the Iranian regime is an alignment with the largest sponsor of terrorism around the world.

And affirms that managing justice through a set of systems, institutions, rules, traditions and professional values will result in fulfilling the rights of people involved. Moreover, the inability to achieve justice, security, and systems will primarily affect the reputation of countries that manage their institutions through selective justice systems governed by suspicious political deals and interests.

Thus, the organization calls on International Human Rights bodies, Amnesty International and Human Rights Organizations to intervene immediately and release them as soon as possible.

  1. With the whole thing which seems to be developing within this particular subject matter, all your perspectives are relatively stimulating. However, I beg your pardon, because I can not subscribe to your whole theory, all be it stimulating none the less. It appears to everyone that your commentary are not entirely rationalized and in fact you are yourself not wholly certain of your point. In any event I did take pleasure in examining it.
