عام مضى.. حرية “الرفقاء الثلاثة” رهن تنفيذ العدالة الغائبة!
مضى عام كامل على احتجاز قادة و أعضاء حركة النضال العربي لتحرير الأحواز السيد حبيب جبر، السيد يعقوب حر التستري، والسيد ناصر جبر، الذين مازالوا قيد الاحتجاز دون محاكمة.
احتجاز أجمع على عدم مشروعية من الناحية القانونية القاصي والداني، ويعلم الكثيرون أنه يدخل في إطار الصفقات الاقتصادية التي يعقدها النظام الإيراني مع أطراف أوروبية متعددة من أجل تنفيذ أجنداته الخاصة وتصفية القضية الأحوازية بعد أن فشل في القضاء على النشطاء عبر الاغتيال والتصفية أو الاستدراج وتشويه السمعة.
وفي هذا الصدد، تطالب المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، الحكومة الدنماركية وتحثها على إعادة النظر في قضية احتجاز قادة وأعضاء حركة النضال العربي لتحرير الأحواز.
وتدين رضوخها وعدد من الدول إلى الضغوط الإيرانية والصفقات والتسويات السياسية، مشددة على ضرورة توفير المجتمع الدولي والحكومات الحماية اللازمة والضرورية لكل اللاجئين الأحوازيين حول العالم.
وتشدد المنظمة على أن إقامة أية تفاهمات مع النظام الإيراني إنما يعد اصطفافًا مع أكبر نظام راعي للإرهاب حول العالم.
وتؤكد أن إدارة العدالة بمجموعة من النظم والمؤسسات والقواعد والتقاليد والقيم المهنية سيؤدي إلى وصول الحقوق إلى أصحابها، وترسيخ الإحساس بالعدل والأمن والنظام؛ وإذا لم يتحقق ذلك فإنه يؤثر في المقام الأول على سمعة الدول التي تدير مؤسساتها بعدالة انتقائية تحكمها المصالح والصفقات السياسية المشبوهة.
وتدعو المنظمة الهيئات الحقوقية الدولية ومنظمة العفو الدولية ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان إلى التدخل بشكل عاجل وفوري للإفراج عنهم في أقرب وقت ممكن.
