ليست مجزرة معشور سوى عيّنة من همجية النظام الإيراني التي لا تنتهي بحق الشعب الأحوازي التي ذاق خلالها صنوفًا مختلفة من العذابات.
فعلى مرّ السنوات، وخلال الاعتداءات الوحشية التي شنّها النظام الإيراني بشكل متكرّر ضد الشعب الأحوازي، كانت مدينة معشور هدفًا رئيسيًا في قائمة بنك الأهداف الإيرانية.
وعلى وجه التحديد كان نوفمبر من العام 2019 الأكثر دموية بعد أن اندلعت الاحتجاجات في أعقاب زيادة أسعار البنزين في 15 نوفمبر؛ إلا أن التمييز والبطالة والفقر والأمية التي ينغمس فيها أبناء الشعب الأحوازي كانت الوقود لمحرك لتلك الاحتجاجات.
ورغم ان الاحتجاجات شملت مناطق متفرقة في جغرافية إيران؛ إلا أنها قبلت بدموية أكثر في مدينة معشور حيث جيش النظام الإيراني معدات الحرب الثقيلة والدبابات والناقلات والمروحيات ومدافع الرشاش الثقيل لقمع وقهر الإرادة الأحوازية.
وما إن دخلت القوات المدينة حتى باشرت إطلاق الرصاص الحي على كل متحرك أمامها، ومع اشتداد كثافة الأعيرة النارية هرع المحتجون إلى مزارع القصب لتلاحقهم رشاشات الدوشكا الثقيلة، لترتكب قوات النظام الإيراني واحدة من أبشع المجازر التي ارتكبت في العصر الحديث التي راح ضحيتها العشرات بين قتيل وجريح ومفقود.
ولم يقف الأمر عند هذا الحد، وفي سبيل إحكام التعتيم الذي فرضه النظام الإيراني على المجزرة أيدت المحكمة العليا للنظام الإيراني حكم الإعدام بحق المعتقل الأحوازي عباس دريس، الشاهد الوحيد على مجزرة معشور التي ارتكبت خلال انتفاضة نوفمبر عام 2019م.
وكان عباس دريس قد جرى اعتقاله وشقيقه محسن دريس في معشور خلال احتجاجات نوفمبر 2019 واتُهِما بالمحاربة، وإخلال النظام، والمشاركة في قتل أحد أفراد القوات الخاصة للشرطة المعروفة بـ نوبو” والتي شاركت في قمع الانتفاضة بمشاركة القوة البحرية للحرس الثوري، ومقرها في ميناء معشور المطل على الخليج العربي، وكذلك قوة اللواء 7 بالقوة المدرعة التي استخدمت الدبابات لمحاصرة المدينة.
وكانت محكمة الثورة قضت بالإعدام على عباس دريس بناءً على اعترافات انتزعت تحت التعذيب، فيما أدين شقيقه بتهمة “المشاركة في القتل” وحُكِمَ عليه بالسجن المؤبد.
وفي ذكرى المجزرة البشعة، تؤكد المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، على عدة أمور:
أولًا: إن جرائم الحرب التي ارتكبها ويرتكبها النظام الإيراني بحق الشعب الأحوازي لا تسقط بالتقادم، وتقديم مرتكبيها واجب إنساني ودولي.
ثانيًا: إن الجرائم التي ارتكبت في مدينة معشور من العام 2019 صدرت بأمر مباشر من خامنئي المرشد الأعلى لما يسمى الثورة الإيرانية، ونفذت من قبل قائد الحرس الثوري الإيراني في الأحواز حسن شاهوار بور وبمشاركة نحو 15 شخصية أبرزهم قائد عمليات الحرس الثوري بجنوب غرب جغرافية ما تسمى إيران العميد أحمد خادم، وقائد كتيبة 227 عاشوراء التابع لمليشيا الباسيج في مدينة معشور أحمد كاموري، وقائد الشرطة رضا بايي ومدعي عام معشور مهدي محمدي، ومدير جهاز الأمن والاستخبارات في الأحواز، وعناصر من البحرية التابعة للحرس الثوري بالمنطقة الثالثة بالإضافة إلى قوان نوبو الشرطية الخاصة، وتقديم هؤلاء وكل من تورط في إراقة دماء الأبرياء العزل، بات مطلبًا إنسانيًا ودوليًا.
ثالثًا: إن الأمم المتحدة والمجتمع الدولي والإنساني أمام اختبار كبير، لتقديم مرتكبي مجزرة معشور البشعة إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية باعتبارها الفيصل الوحيد في معاقبة مرتكبي جرائم الحرب وعدم إفلاتهم من العقاب استنادًا للمادة السابعة والثامنة من النظام الأساسي للمحكة الجنائية الدولية.
رابعًا: النظام الإيراني الوحيد في العالم الذي ينفذ عقوبة الإعدام خارج نطاق المحكمة، وشهريًا يقتاد المعتقلين الأحوازيين من زنزاناتهم من أجل شنقهم في منتصف الليل، ثم تحمل جثامينهم إلى أهليهم ليدفنوا في عتمة الليل دون جنازات أو مراسم عزاء، وتطبّق هذه الممارسات على نطاق واسع وبشكل منهجي.
خامسًا: النظام الإيراني يتجاهل الحق في الحياة والحق في محاكمة المعتقلين الأحوازيين محاكمات عادلة، إذ أنه يعتمد على طرق مروعة في التعجيل بمحاكمة هؤلاء المعتقلين والحكم عليهم من خلال النظام القضائي الإيراني في ظل استخدام اعترافات مشوبة بالتعذيب، وعيوب إجرائية خطيرة، ونقص الأدلة.
سادسًا: المجتمع الدولي مطالب بالمبادرة والتحرك العاجل والحاسم لوقف إعدام الآلاف الذين يقبعون في سجون هي الأسوأ في العالم.
