ربما تصنف مجزرة “صبرا وشاتيلا” على أنها أبشع الجرائم التي ارتكبت في التاريخ الحديث؛ إلا أنه هناك جريمة قد فاقتها بكثير ربما لم تأخذ حقها في الرواية، مجزرة الأربعاء الأسود التي تعد واحدة من أبشع الجرائم التي شهدتها الإنسانية.
ففي يوم الأربعاء في الـ30 من مايو عام 1979، لم تكن مدينة المحمرة على علم بأنها ستتحول إلى مسرح لأبشع جرائم الإبادة في تاريخ الشرق الأوسط، التي ارتكبها نظام اعتمد على الإرهاب والقتل والترويع منذ نشأته.
ووفق تعليمات الخميني المباشرة وباعتباره قائد الثورة الإيرانية آنذاك، سجل التاريخ الحديث مجزرة تظل الأكثر دموية وبشاعة على الإطلاق حيث خلفت أكثر من 800 قتيل من أبناء شعب الأحواز المحتل منذ عهد شاه إيران وتحديدا عام 1925.
وتعود تفاصيل المجزرة إلى وعود زائفة أطلقها الخميني وقت إعلان قيام جغرافية ما تسمى إيران، بأن يمنح القوميات غير الفارسية استقلالها؛ فأسرع أبناء إقليم الأحواز المتشوق إلى التحرر وإعلان السيادة، بتشكيل وفد تكون مهمته التفاوض مع الخميني في طهران، لتنفيذ وعوده.
وبالفعل توجه وفد رفيع المستوى مشكل من كبار رجال مدينة المحمرة إلى “الخميني” حاملًا قائمة تضم مطالب الشعب الأحوازي جاء على رأسها الحصول على الاستقلال التام عن الدولة الإيرانية؛ ولم يمر يومًا حتى انقلب الخميني رأسًا على عقب وأمر قواته باعتقال قائد الوفد.
وظن “الخميني” أن باعتقاله الوفد فإنه قد وأد طموحات الشعب الأحوازي؛ لكنه فوجيء بانتفاضة عارمة في أرجاء المحمرة، وبأمر مباشر منه استباحت القوات الإيرانية المدججة بالسلاح الثقيل والخفيف المدينة وطوقتها من أطرافها الأربعة، لتطلق النار عشوائيًا على كل متحرك ولمدة ثلاثة أيام متواصلة، مما خلف أكثر من 800 قتيل، وعدد لا يحصى من الجرحى والمصابين.
والأغرب أن تلك المجزرة وقعت بعد شهرين فقط من إعلان “الخميني” قيام الجمهورية الإيرانية، وبعد أيام قليلة من تأسيس قوات الحرس الثوري أحد أكبر أذرع الإرهاب في العالم، لتحفر في ذاكرة التاريخ ذكريات أليمة لا تنسى.
وعليه فإن المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، إذ تستذكر تلك الصفحات المؤلمة، لتؤكد على أمور عدة من بينها أن المجازر التي ارتكبها ويرتكبها النظام الإيراني لا تسقط بالتقادم، وستظل المنظمة تلاحق أركانه في كل المحافل الدولية والحقوقية،
وتطالب المنظمة كل الأطراف الفاعلة في المشهد الدولي بضرورة عدم مقايضة قضية الشعب الأحوازي وملف الانتهاكات الجسيمة التي ترتكب بحقه بالمسارات السياسية والتفاوضية وعمليات التسوية مع النظام الإيراني.
وتشدد على أن النظام الإيرانية لا يمكن الوثوق به بأي حال من الأحوال، ومهما كانت الضمانات وفي كل الملفات المطروحة دوليًا وعلى رأسها ملف حقوق الإنسان والانتهاكات التي ترتكبها قواته على الأراضي الأحوازية بمختلف أشكالها وألوانها والتي يعلمها القاصي والداني.
وتدعو المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، الأمم المتحدة والمجتمع الدولي بضرورة مغادرة مربع الأسف والاستنكار والشجب، إلى اتخاذ خطوات عملية ترقى إلى مستوى الجرائم التي يرتكبها النظام الإيراني بحق الشعب الأحوازي، وترك سياسة الكيل بمكيالين في ازدواجية معايير لا تخفي على أحد.
