تم نقل حمزة سواري من سجن أوين إلى مكان غير معلوم
أفادت مصادر حقوقية وأعلامية بنقل الأسير الأحوازي حمزة سواري صباح اليوم الاثنين الموافق 28.08.2023 مع 8 سجناء سياسيين آخرين بوحشية من سجن أوين وتم نقلهم إلى مكان غير معلوم.
ووفقًا للمعلومات التي وصلت إلى أقارب هؤلاء السجناء، فإنه في صباح اليوم الاثنين دخل موظفو سجن أوين القسم الثامن وقاموا بنقل حمزة سواري، وثمانية سجناء أخريين حيث استخدموا العنف أثناء خروجهم من السجن.
وقالت المصادر تم نقل هؤلاء السجناء بناءً على أمر من القاضي نيري، مشرف على السجناء الأمنيين، وبأمر من فرزادي، رئيس سجن أوين، وتم منعهم من حمل ممتلكاتهم الشخصية.
تم اعتقال حمزة سواري لفته عندما كان 16 عامًا وتم إدانته بتهم المحاربة، والتحريض على الأمن الوطني” وتمت إدانته بالإعدام، ولكن تم تخفيف الحكم فيما بعد إلى السجن المؤبد.
