أعلنت مصادر حقوقية عن استشهاد طفل أحوازي، يوم الخميس الماضي، بعد أن استهدفت قوات النظام الإيراني سيارة مدنية بوابل من الرصاص كانت تسير على الطريق بين مدينتي ملا ثاني والأحواز العاصمة.
وأوضحت المصادر أن الطفل الأحوازي مرتضى جعفر الزرقاني – لم يتجاوز تسعه اعوام- لفظ أنفاسه الأخيرة على الفور بعد أن تعرض لإطلاق نار مباشر؛ فيما نجا والديه بمعجزة إلهية.
وفي شهادته على الواقعة الأليمة، قال السيد جعفر الزرقاني والد الطفل الشهيد، إنه فوجيء بوابل من الرصاص يستهدف سيارته من إحدى دوريات قوات النظام الإيراني، رغم أنه لم يكن مسرعًا بسيارته ولم يتجاوز أي نقطة تفتيش على الطريق حتى لا يضع نفسه في دائرة الاشتباه.
وفور وصول الخبر إلى منطقة الزرقان شمالي مدينة الأحواز العاصمة، سادت حالة من الغضب العارم بين الأهالي الذين طالبوا بضرورة القصاص العاجل من مرتكبي الجريمة الشنعاء.
وكرد فعل مشروع رفضت أسرة الشهيد استقبال أي مسؤول من سلطات النظام الإيراني، إلا بعد إجراء تحقيق شامل للوقوف على الجريمة ومحاسبة الجناة وتقديمهم إلى العدالة، خاصة وأن النظام الإيراني دأب على إفلات هؤلاء من العقاب.
من جهتها، تدين المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، بأشد عبارات الشجب والاستنكار هذه الجريمة الشنعاء، مؤكدة أنها جريمة إرهاب دولة منظمة وانتهاك جسيم للقانون الدولي الإنساني.
وتؤكد أن استمرار جرائم النظام الإيراني بحق أطفال الأحواز هو نتيجة لسياسة الإفلات من العقاب التي تتمتع بها قوات النظام الإيراني ولا تتم مساءلتهم من أي جهة سواء كانت داخلية أو خارجية، وكم من جريمة مماثلة ارتكبت وكان مصيرها التغييب.
وتشير المنظمة إلى أن الطفل الأحوازي كان في مقدمة ضحايا ممارسات النظام الإيراني الإجرامية، والتي تبدأ بالحرمان من التعليم والرعاية الصحية وتنتهي بالزج في السجون مثلهم مثل باقي المعتقلين؛ فلم يراع حداثة سن الأطفال أثناء تقديمهم للمحاكمة، ولا تشكل لهم محاكم خاصة؛ بل ويخضعون إلى المعاملة القاسية والمهينة، وتستخدم معهم أبشع الوسائل النفسية والبدنية لانتزاع الاعترافات.
وتشدد المنظمة على أن النظام الإيراني ضرب بالاتفاقيات والمعاهدات والمواثيق والقوانين الدولية عرض الحائط والتي تنص على حقوق الأطفال وتنادي بحق الطفل بالحياة والحرية والعيش بمستوى ملائم، والرعاية الصحية، والتعليم، والترفيه، واللعب، والأمن النفسي، والسلام.
وتدعو المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، المجتمع الدولي والمؤسسات الحقوقية التي تعنى بحقوق الأطفال بضرورة تحمل مسؤولياتها القانونية والأخلاقية واستخدام كافة الوسائل والأساليب القانونية للدفاع عن الأطفال الأحوازيين وحمايتهم من جرائم النظام الإيراني الغاشم.
