أعلنت مصادر حقوقية عن استشهاد المواطن الأحوازي السيد خلف جميل الصقوري مُتأثرًا بجروح حرجة وبالغة جراء إصابته برصاص النظام الإيراني، قبل نحو أسبوعين في قرية بنادر التابعه لمدينة السوس.
وكان “الصقوري” قد أصيب بجروح خطيرة واستشهد رفيقه الشهيد حيدر عرير بريسم خلال مطارتهم من قبل قوات النظام الإيراني التي أطلقت عليهم الرصاص الحي ليستشهد الأخير ونقل الأول إلى إحدى المستشفيات ليلتقط أنفاسه الأخيرة بها متأثرًا بجراحه الخطيرة.
وأوضحت المصادر أنه منذ وقوع الحادث لم توضح قوات الأمن الإيرانية الأسباب التي أدت إلى إطلاق النار، رغم أن الشهيدين لم يرتكبا أية مخالفة للقانون، ليتأكد أن حادث إطلاق النار يأتي ضمن مسلسل التصفية والقتل خارج إطار القانون.
وقد شهدت مدينة السوس في السنوات الأخيرة حالات قتل متعمّد وممنهجة من قبل قوات النظام الإيراني، والذي يفلت عناصره دائمًا من العقاب، إن كانوا يخضعون في الأصل التحقيق أو المسائلة في تلك القضايا.
وإذ تؤكد المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، أن هذه الجريمة هي تعبير واضح وصريح عن سياسة منظة وممنهجة يقوم بها النظام الإيراني وأجهزته العسكرية عن سبق إصرار وترصد بحق الشعب الأحوازي الأعزل مما يشكل إمعانًا في سياسة القتل والإعدام خارج نطاق القانون.
وتشير المنظمة إلى أن القتل خارج القانون يعتبر جريمة يحاسب عليها المجتمع الدولي، حيث صدر عن الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة القرار 163-44 في 15 يناير 1989 والذي يجرم الاعتداء والقتل بدون محاكمة، وتعتبر من أنواع جرائم الحرب بموجب اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة لعام 1994.
وفي الوقت الذي نص فيه القانون الدولي الإنساني على احترام كرامة الموتى، ووجوب معاملة الجثث بطريقة لائقة، واتخاذ كل التدابير الممكنة لضمان التعرف إلى هوية أصحابها وتسليمها إلى عائلاتهم، فإن النظام الإيراني يتجاهل كل ذلك حيث يمنع الأهالي من تشييع جثامين شهدائهم أو إقامة مراسم عزاء.
وتؤكد المنظمة أن هذه الجرائم تأتي بمثابة تتويج لسياسة الإفلات من العقاب للمجرمين والقتلة وجنرالات الحرب في إيران الذين يرتكبون جرائم القتل بحق المدنيين العزل بدم بارد دون النظر إلى أية معايير إنسانية وأخلاقية ودينية وقانونية.
