تدخل محاكمة الأسير عبدالله طالب سواري المعلقة عامها الثاني، حيث ترفض محكمة الثورة الإيرانية توجيه أية تهم أو تقديمه إلى محاكمة عادلة.
وقد جرى اعتقال الناشط الثقافي والمواطن السني الأحوازي عبدالله سواري في 19/10/2018 – (۲۷/۷/۱۳۹۷) – على خلفية عملية المنصة التي استهدفت عرضًا عسكريًا للحرس الثوري في الأحواز.

ويبلغ عبدالله سوراي من العمر 37 عامًا من مواليد العام 1983، خريج معهد حاسوب (كمبيوتر)، ويعمل موظفًا في البلدية حيث يقطن في حي الثورة بمدينة الأحواز العاصمة، متزوج ولديه طفلة.

وبحسب المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، فإن سلطات النظام الإيراني زجت بالأسير عبدالله طالب سواري في سجن شيبان بالقسم الثامن من دون محاكمة أو توجيه تهم واضحة.

وتطالب المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، المنظمات المعنية بحقوق الإنسان بضرورة التدخل لإنهاء سياسة العقاب الجماعي التي يمارسها النظام الإيراني بشكل مستمر ضد الشعب الأحوازي من خلال حملات الاعتقال الجماعية، وحرمان الأسرى والمعتقلين من ضمانات المحاكمة العادلة.

وتؤكد المنظمة أن النظام الإيراني يتحدى المجتمع الدولي بمخالفته الصريحة للقوانين والأعراف الدولية في التعامل مع الأسرى، ما يستدعي تدخلًا عاجلًا وسريعًا لإيقاف غطرسته بحق الشعب الأحوازي الأعزل.
