تتصاعد المخاوف الحقوقية حول حياة الأسرى الأحوازيين في السجون الإيرانية، بعد جريمة الإعدام النكراء التي ارتكبها النظام الإيراني بحق المناضل الأسير حبيب إسيود عضو حركة النضال العربي لتحرير الأحواز، والذي يعد تكريسًا لسياسات القتل خارج القانون في ظل صمت المجتمع الدولي.
وكانت السلطات القضائية التابعة للنظام الإيراني قد أصدرت أحكامًا بالإعدام بحق 6 أسرى أحوازيين يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 14 / 02 / 2023، دون خضوعهم لأية محاكمات عادلة.
وعلمت المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان أن الأسرى الذين صدرت بحقهم أحكام الإعدام، هم: “علي صالح مجدم، معين صادق خنفري، محمد رضا مجدم، سيد سالم خلف موسوي، سيد عدنان يونس موسوي، حبيب عبد الأمير دريس”.
وتشير المنظمة إلى قوات النظام الإيراني تشن حملات اعتقال عشوائية من حين لآخر بهدف تكميم الأفواه ومصادرة آراء كل من يخالفه الرأي، كما دأبت على تطويق المدن والأحياء الأحوازية ونصب الكمائن في محاولة لوأد أي انتفاضة داخلية ضد الممارسات والانتهاكات الإيرانية على الأراضي الأحوازية.
وتؤكد أن عوائل الأسرى والمعدومين لم يسلموا من إجرام النظام الإيراني، إذ يمنع بشكل دائم الزيارات عن الأسرى، وقطع أي وسيلة تواصل معهم، ويمتد الأمر إلى ما هو أشنع مع أهالي المعدومين إذ يمنع إقامة بيوت العزاء، وكل من يفكر في مخالفة ذلك يهدد بالعقاب والزج بالسجون.
وعلى هذا، تعرب المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان عن قلقها البالغ على حياة الأسرى الأحوازيين داخل السجون الإيرانية، داعية المجتمع الدولي إلى الضغط على النظام الإيراني من أجل احترام معاهدات حقوق الإنسان الدولية.
وتوضح المنظمة أن الحرب التي أعلنها النظام الإيراني ضد الأسرى الأحوازيين وتحدى فيها كل القوانين والأعراف الدولية بشكل صريح يعكس فشله في ترهيب الشعب الأحوازي وكبح جماحه نحو التحرر والمطالبة بحقوقه المشروعة.
وتشير المنظمة إلى أن الحرب المعلنة اتخذت صورًا، بدأت بحرمان الأسرى من الزيارات والإهمال الطبي والتعذيب الجسدي وانتهت بالإعدام ما يستدعي إلى تحرك دولي وعاجل من المجتمع الدولي.
