أفضى التعذيب العنيف الذي تعرض له المعتقل ماجد دحام إلى فقده القدرة على المشي، فيما ترفض سلطات النظام الإيراني إجراء تدخل طبي عاجل.
وقد جرى اعتقال ماجد دحام – متزوج ولديه طفل – عام 2015 برفقة الشهيدين عبدالله أبوسيف وقاسم الكعبي الذين أعدمتهم سلطات النظام الإيراني، بينما حكم عليه بالسجن لمدة 30 عامًا وتم إبعاده إلى مدينة يزد الإيرانية.
وخضع “دحام” لمحاكمات غير عادلة بعد أن وجهت له اتهامات واهية، وانتزعت منه الاعترافات تحت وطأة التعذيب الوحشي والضرب المبرح من قبل سلطات النظام الإيراني؛ فقد على إثرها القدرة على المشي.
وتجدد المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، مطالباتها السلطات الإيرانية إلى الإفراج الفوري وغير المشروط عن جميع المعتقلين، بعد أن أثبتت مرارًا أنها غير راغبة في حماية المعتقلين من التعذيب بشكل فعال أو في إجراء تحقيقات محايدة في وقائع التعذيب داخل الحجز.
وتؤكد المنظمة أن الأجهزة الأمنية الإيرانية لا تزال تمارس التعذيب الجسدي والنفسي على نطاق واسع ضد المعتقلين، مصحوبًا بالمعاملة المهينة والمذلة والحاطة بالكرامة، ولا تستثني في ذلك التعذيب حتى الأطفال.
وتضيف المنظمة أن الأخطر والأكثر قلقًا أن التعذيب لا يمارس من خلال تصرفات فردية عشوائية؛ بل يمارس بشكل ممنهج وبأوامر عليا، وبسبب عدم وجود قضاء مستقل، فإنه من المتعذر الإنتصاف لضحايا التعذيب.
وتشير المنظمة إلى أن ما تم ذكره نقطة في بحر، إذ تمارس الأجهزة الأمنية الإيرانية أنواع مختلفة من أنواع المعاملة السيئة أو المهينة، وثقت المنظمة عددا منها: الحبس الانفرادي، الحرمان من التواصل مع العالم الخارجي، الترهيب النفسي، الحرمان من الطعام والماء والنوم، الإهانات والإزدراء عبر توجيه كلمات جارحة أو مهينة.
كما تدعو المنظمة السلطات الإيرانية إلى السماح لمراقبين مستقلين بالتحقيق في تلك الوقائع، وبيان الحقائق بشكل محايد، وتحديد هوية المسؤولين عن تلك الانتهاكات، والسماح لهيئات المراقبة المستقلة بالوصول إلى المعتقلين فورًا وبلا قيود.
وتطالب المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، المجتمع الدولي والأمم المتحدة القيام بواجباتهم تجاه المعتقلين ومساندتهم بما يضمن معاقبة المسؤولين عنه، والإفراج الفوري عنهم، وتعويضهم عن ما لحق بهم من أضرار معنوية وجسدية.
