رژيم ايران مسئول حفظ جان سيد صالح است

سازمان دفاع از حقوق بشر الاحواز ، رژيم ايران را مسئول جان اسير سيد صالح شهد فضلي ، پس از انتقال وي به مكاني نامعلوم با وجود وضعيت دشوار سلامتي او ، دانست.

اين سازمان تاكيد كرد اين اقدام جنايي در چارچوب روش هاي فشار مداوم و سياست اعدام هاي تدريجي و برنامه ريزي شده صورت ميگيرد كه زنداني سيد صالح و صدها زنداني بيمار ديگر در زندانهاي انفرادي هدف قرار مي دهد.

 

سازمان توضيح داد كه اين زنداني تقريباً يك سال است بدون آنكه تفهيم اتهام شود و يا حكم صريح داشته باشد ، بازداشت بوده و از يك ماه پيش مقامات زندان او را بدون دادن هرگونه اطلاعي به خانواده او از بند هشتم زندانيان سياسي به يك مكاني نامعلوم انتقال داده اند. كه اين امر باعث افزايش ترس و استرس خانواده شده است.

 

همچنين سازمان خاطرنشان كرد كه سيد صالح _٢٣ ساله، از اهالي حميديه بوده و به بيماري سل مبتلا شده است و سازمان در اين مورد نگراني عميق خود را در مورد پنهان كاري بيماري همه گير كرونا( كريد ١٩) و منع خانواده از اطلاع از وضعيت سلامتي او و عدم وجود اقدامات پيشگيرانه و پيگيري در زندان هاي بدنام ابراز می کند.

 

بر اين اساس ، اين سازمان از كميته بين المللي صليب سرخ و نهادهاي بين المللي ذيربط مي خواهد كه در قبال مسئوليت هاي خود در فشار بر رژيم ايران براي پايان دادن به رنج زنداني سيد صالح و آزادي فوري جهت اقدامات درمان و معالجه ايشان فراهم كنند، همچنين رژيم را به تهيه همه امكانات اساسي زندگي كه در ماه هاي طولاني ممنوع كرده بود وادار سازند.

 

اين سازمان تاكيد مي كند كه سكوت اين نهادها در موردجنايات رژيم ايران عليه زندانيان هميشه پوششي براي ادامه تخلفات منظم اين نظام به ويژه سياست هاي شكنجه و زندان هاي انفرادي عليه زندانيان بوده است .
