براساس گزارش‌های دریافتی از فعالان حقوق بشر احوازی، چهار زندانی سیاسی عرب که از تاریخ ۲۴ مهر ۱۴۰۳ از زندان شیبان به سلول‌های انفرادی زندان سپیدار احواز منتقل شده بودند، اخیراً به بندهای عمومی این زندان منتقل شدند.
علی مجدم، معین خنفری، محمدرضا مقدم و سیدعدنان موسوی غبیشاوی که بیش از ۴ ماه پیش جهت اجرای حکم وحشیانه اعدام به سلول‌های انفرادی زندان سپیدار منتقل شده بودند و طبق اخبار دریافتی مدتی را نیز در اعتصاب غذا بسر می‌بردند؛ پس از بی‌خبری مطلق از سرنوشت‌شان، اکنون به بندهای جداگانه‌ای در زندان سپیدار احواز منتقل شده‌اند.
طی بیش از ۴ ماه این ۴ زندانی سیاسی در سلول‌های انفرادی با شرایط غیرانسانی و موارد متعددی از نقض حقوق بشر روبرو بوده‌اند بطوریکه این فشارها وضعیت جسمی و روحی خود و خانواده‌هایشان را به مرز بحران رسانده است. برخی از موارد نقض حقوق بشر در رابطه با این زندانیان عبارتند از:
۱. ناپدیدسازی قهری: انتقال ناگهانی این زندانیان به سلول‌های انفرادی بدون اطلاع خانواده و وکلای آنان، و سپس بیش از ۴ ماه بی‌خبری مطلق از سرنوشت‌شان، مصداق ناپدیدسازی قهری است. این اقدام که در کنوانسیون بین‌المللی حمایت از تمامی افراد در برابر ناپدیدسازی قهری محکوم شده، می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز شکنجه و اعدام مخفیانه باشد.
۲. محرومیت از ارتباط با خانواده: این زندانیان از ابتدایی‌ترین حقوق قانونی خود همچون تماس با خانواده محروم بوده‌اند. این اقدام نقض صریح ماده ۱۴ میثاق بین‌المللی حقوق مدنی و سیاسی است که حق دفاع قانونی و ارتباط با خانواده را برای تمامی زندانیان تضمین می‌کند.
۳. شرایط غیرانسانی در سلول‌های انفرادی: زندانیان مذکور در سلول‌های انفرادی تحت شرایط غیرانسانی نگهداری شده‌اند. این شرایط که شامل عدم برخورداری از فضای مناسب، نور کافی، و بهداشت ابتدایی است، نقض آشکار ماده ۱۰ میثاق بین‌المللی حقوق مدنی و سیاسی است که به حقوق انسان‌ها در برخورداری از شرایط مناسب در زندان اشاره دارد.
موارد مذکور نه تنها مغایر اصول انسانی‌ست، بلکه با تعهدات بین‌المللی جمهوری اسلامی ایران طبق کنوانسیون‌های حقوق بشر نیز در تضاد است. سازمان احوازی دفاع از حقوق بشر از تمامی نهادهای بین‌المللی و حقوق بشری خواستار مداخله فوری و مؤثر در وضعیت این زندانیان و سایر زندانیان سیاسی است. ما از سازمان‌های بین‌المللی می‌خواهیم که با نظارت دقیق و فشارهای دیپلماتیک، جمهوری اسلامی ایران را به رعایت حقوق بشر و پایان دادن به شرایط غیرانسانی در زندان‌ها و رفع خطر اعدام از زندانیان سیاسی و اجتماعی وادار کنند.
