۵۸ روز از اعتصاب و راهپیمایی کارگران کشت و صنعت هفت تپه در خیابان ها و مقابل فرمانداری سوس (شوش) می گذرد.

این روز ها دمای هوای احواز از مرز ۵۳ درجه عبور کرده است. اما حرارت آتش خشم کارگران به ستوه آمده از مشکلات معیشتی از مرز این اعداد هم گذشته است.
سفره ها و شکم های خالی خود و خانواده هایشان، داغی بزرگ بر دلهایشان نهاده است.
بعد از اعتراضات و اعتصابات سال های اخیر که بیشتر بدلیل معوقات مزدی بوده، اکنون مشکلات و مطالبات بسی گسترده تر و ریشه دار تر شده است.
کارگران اعتصابی مطالباتشان را که عمدتا آنرا ناشی از سوء مدیریت می دانند اینگونه بیان می کنند:
• پرداخت مطالبات مزدی معوق
• بازگشت به کار کارگران اخراجی
• آزادی کارگران و فعالان کارگری زندانی
• تمدید اعتبار دفترچه های بیمه درمانی
• ابطال واگذاری شرکت به بخش خصوصی

اولین در کشور ، برترین در جهان

طبق اسناد موجود ، از دیر باز احواز مستعد ترین منطقه کشت نیشکر در جهان بوده است. شرکت کشت و صنعت نیشکر هفت تپه در احواز و ۱۰۰ کیلومتری شمال شهر احواز در محدوده باستانی هفت تپه بر آثار بجا مانده از تمدن عیلام و در نزدیکی شهر باستانی سوس و مجاورت میراث جهانی معبد چغازنبیل بنا شده است.

این واحد تولیدی ابتدا در قالب کارخانه نیشکر در سال ۱۳۴۰ ه.ش. کار خود را آغاز کرد و سپس در سال ۱۳۵۴ ه.ش. بعنوان شرکت به ثبت رسید. این کارخانه اولین تولید کننده شکر از نیشکر در کشور ایران است و طی نیم قرن اخیر با جذب بیش از ۵۹۰۰ نیروی کار یکی از فعالترین شرکت های تولیدی کشور ایران بوده است.

مساحت اراضی این شرکت بالغ بر ۲۴ هزار هکتار است که بیش از نیمی از آنها به زیر کشت نیشکر رفته است. اراضی ما بین دو رودخانه دز و کرخه واقع شده اند و آب مورد نیاز مزارع از رودخانه دز تامین می شود.
در سال های گذشته، شرکت کشت و صنعت نیشکر هفت تپه ۱۹۵ تن در هکتار تولید داشته است که علاوه بر بالاتر بودن این رقم از ظرفیت اسمی کارخانه، برترین رکورد تولید نیشکر در هکتار در دنیا را به نام خود ثبت کرده است اما اکنون این تولید درخشان به یک پنجم کاهش یافته و در نهایت منجر به توقف چرخه تولید در کارخانجات این شرکت شده است.
اما دلایل عمده ای در این افول تاریخی نقش دارند. طرح کشت و صنعت نیشکر که در زمان پهلوی و توسط کارشناسان خارجی کلید خورده بود پس از انقلاب سال ۱۳۵۷ ه.ش. همچنان ادامه یافت. این روند بدون توجه به تغییرات اقلیمی منطقه احواز و مشکلات زیست محیطی ناشی از خشکاندن تالاب ها، سدسازی های بی رویه و غیر اصولی، خشکسالی های پی در پی، بی آبی و نیاز فراوان گیاه نیشکر به آب از یک سو و بی توجهی و بی کفایتی مسئولان حکومتی اقلیم و مالکان جدید شرکت کشت و صنعت نیشکر هفت تپه و سوء مدیریت و بی توجه آنان به فرسودگی تجهیزات و راندمان پایین از سوی دیگر، نشان می دهد که مالکان فعلی در زدوبند با مسئولان حکومتی هدفی جز دست اندازی بر زمین های مرغوب منطقه را دنبال نمی کردند، هدف شومی که زندگی صدها کارگر را به نابودی کشانده است.
این درحالی است که استفاده از پتانسیل ها و قابلیت های کشاورزی اقلیم احواز با جایگزینی گیاهان سازگار با کم آبی و توسعه نخیلات می تواند منجر به احیای زمین های بایر و رونق کشاورزی و اشتغال شود.

اعتراضات صنفی ،برخورد امنیتی

سابقه اعتراضات صنفی کارگران به پائیز دوسال پیش باز می گردد. بدنبال عدم پرداخت ۵ ماه دستمزد، کارگران کشت و صنعت نیشکر هفت تپه دست به تجمع و اعتصاب زدند که سرانجام این تجمعات با دخالت نیروهای امنیتی و بازداشت ده ها تن از کارگران و فعالان کارگری به پایان رسید.

با وجود سرکوب ها و بازداشت های گسترده، کارگران این کارخانه در سال ۱۳۹۸ نیز بارها دست به اعتراص و اعتصاب زدند و طی این اعتصابات نیز ده ها نفر از کارگران و فعالان کارگری بازداشت و مورد ضرب و شتم، شکنجه، اعترافات اجباری و تحت فشار در صدا و سیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران، اخراج از کار، وثیقه های سنگین و احکام بلند مدت زندان قرار گرفتند.

بطوریکه در پاییز ۱۳۹۸ه.ش. قوه قضائیه جمهوری اسلامی برای هفت تن از متهمان پرونده اعتراضات کارگری هفت تپه جمعاً ۱۱۰ سال حبس صادر کرد تا آنجا که وزیرکار جمهوری اسلامی این احکام را تکان دهنده خواند.

طبق اظهارات جلیل احمدی، رئیس شورای کارگری شرکت کشت و صنعت نیشکر هفت تپه، از زمان واگذاری این شرکت به بخش خصوصی تا کنون حدود ۱۳۰ تجمع و اعتصاب کارگری در دوره های پیاپی صورت گرفته است. آخرین این اعتراضات و اعتصابات از خرداد ۱۳۹۹ ه. ش. آغاز و تا زمان تهیه این گزارش همچنان ادامه دارد.

دزد آزاد ، کارگر زندانی

سهام شرکت کشت و صنعت هفت تپه در ابتدای تاسیس و سالهای پس از آن به طور کامل در اختیار بخش دولتی بود تاآنکه در سال۱۳۹۴ ه.ش به بخش خصوصی واگذار شد که می توان از آن به عنوان منشاء اعتراضات کارگری یاد کرد.

در حالیکه کارگران از سوی حاکمیت و دستگاه قضایی «اوباش» خوانده می شوند، اخیرا در دادگاهی که برای مفسدان اقتصادی و ارزی کشور تشکیل شده، امید اسد بیگی، مدیر عامل شرکت کشت و صنعت نیشکر هفت تپه متهم ردیف اول است.

این روزها یکی از شعارهای اصلی کارگران در اعتراض به دستگاه های امنیتی و قضایی و همچنین فساد گسترده مدیران شرکت، شعار «دزد آزاد، کارگر زندانی» است.

این مطالبه گری همچنان در جریان است و در گرمای طاقت فرسای احواز در خیابان ها و مقابل فرمانداری و اداره کار شهر سوس ادامه دارد…
