15 شهرًا قضاها خلف القضبان.. النظام الإيراني يعيد اعتقال السيد جمال الكعبي

 أعادت الأجهزة الأمنية التابعة للنظام الإيراني اعتقال السيد جمال الكعبي صباح يوم الأربعاء المصادف 25/11/2020، من مدينة الأحواز العاصمة.

 

ويعد هذا الاعتقال الثاني له، حيث سبق وأن قضى خمسة عشرة شهرًا خلف القضبان بين عاميّ 2017 و2018، تعرّض خلالها إلى التعذيب الجسدي والنفسي، ثمّ أفرج عنه بموجب كفالة مالية باهظة الثمن.

 

وأفادت مصادر حقوقية في الداخل الأحوازي، بأن مجاميع مدجّجة بالسلاح من جهاز استخبارات ما يسمّى بالحرس الثوري قد داهمت منزل السيّد جمال الكعبي؛ مهدد جميع أفراد أسرته من النساء والأطفال بالأسلحة وعبثت بمنزله وهتكت حرمته، ثمّ اقتادته بقوّة السلاح إلى مكان مجهول.

 

وأرجعت المصادر اعتقال القيادي الأحوازي جمال الكعبي بسبب أن لديه ثلاثة أشقاء مناضلين يتواجدون خارج الأحواز، وهُم

1- أحمد الكعبي، أحد مؤسسيّ حركة الشباب العربي الأحوازي، حركة التجمّع الوطني في الأحواز، ورئيس المنظمة الوطنيّة الأحوازيّة.

 

2- جاسم الكعبي، من مؤسّسي اللجنة الثقافية الأحوازيّة، حركة الشباب العربي الأحوازي، أسير سابق وقضى فترات طويلة في الأسر بسجن كارون في الأحواز وسجن إيفين بطهران، وتعرّض إلى أبشع أنواع التعذيب الجسدي والنفسي، ناشط حقوقي.

 

3- عبّاس الكعبي، عضو اللجنة الثقافية الأحوازيّة، عضو ومتحدّث باسم حركة التجمّع الوطني في الأحواز، من مؤسّسي المنظمة الوطنية لتحرير الأحواز (حزم) ورئيس لجنتها التنفيذيّة حاليًا.

 

من جهتها، تدين المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، سياسة العقاب الجماعي التي ينتهجها النظام الإيراني بحق النشطاء الأحوازيين وأسرهم، مُطالبة بوقف سياسة الانتهاكات غير القانونية المُستمرة إما بالإخفاء القسري أو الاعتقال التعسفي بالمخالفة للمواثيق والأعراف الدولية.

 

وتؤكد المنظمة أن الملاحقات الأمنية التي تطال أشقاء وأقارب المناضلين الأحوازيين في الخارج ثبت عدم جدواها في إيقاف جذوة انتفاضة الشعب الأحوازي.

 

وترى المنظمة أن هذه الجريمة تضاف إلى سجل الانتهاكات البشعة التي يمارسها النظام الإيراني بشكل مستمر، وتخالف بشكل صريح العهد الدولي الخاص بحقوق الإنسان، ما يستدعي وقفة جادة من قبل الأمم المتحدة.

 

وتشدد المنظمة على أن صمت المجتمع الدولي أمام جرائم النظام الإيراني سيكون من شأنه مضاعفة الظلم على الشعب الأحوازي الأعزل.
