أحكام جائرة تطال ثمانية من منتفضي الكرامة ونشطاء ثقافيين في مدن مختلفة بالأحواز

أصدرت محكمة الثورة الإيرانية في الأحواز، يوم السبت الماضي، أحكامًا جائرة طالت ثمانية من منتفضي الكرامة  و نشطاء اخريين الذين جرى اعتقالهم في فترات متباينة خلال انتفاضة الكرامة عام 2017م، و تم الإفراج عنهم بشكل مؤقت.
وحصلت المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان على أسماء النشطاء الثقافيين ومدد السجن الصادرة بحق كل منهم، وهم كالتالي:
-موسى خالدي بالغ من العمر 35 عامًا يعمل معلمًا: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-توفیق فلاحیه 34 عامًا يعمل خبیر فني: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-حسين استعداد ٢٩ عامًا يعمل ممرض ومغني راب: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-هادی جلالي ٣٨ عامًا: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-شيخ فايز زهروني 30 عامًا: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-ناصر شایع أبو فهد 59 عامًا: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-سعید فاخر نسب متقاعد دائرة التعليم: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-مهند ثعلبي ٢١ عامًا وبالغ من العمر ١٦ عامًا حينما جرى اعتقاله: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-علي ثعلبي 53 عامًا يعمل مزراعًا: (سنتين تعلیقي، ٨ أشهر سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-مالك السويط ٣٠ عامًا: ( سنتين تعليقي، 50 يومًا سجن، سنتین ممنوع الخروج).
-حسين فرج الله كعب باحث وكاتب في التاريخ من أبناء مدينة تستر.
وتدين المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان الأحكام الجائرة التي أصدرتها محكمة الثورة بحق المعتقلين في الأحواز، مطالبة بإسقاط تلك الأحكام الجائرة، خاصة وأن المحاكمات التي جرت بحقهم غير مبنية على أي أساس قانوني.
وتشير إلى أن السنوات التعليقية التي صدرت بحق المعتقلين تكشف عن مدى سادية النظام الإيراني القمعي؛ ففي أي وقت يمكن أن تلفق لهؤلاء المعتقلين أية جريمة ويعاد اعتقالهم مرة أخرى.
وتؤكد المنظمة أنَّ النظام الإيراني بلجوئه إلى إجراءات جماعية موجزة عقب محاكمات بالغة الجور، لا تكشف عن ازدرائه التام للحياة البشرية فحسب، بل تبعث أيضًا برسالة مروعة بشأن كيفية تحقيقه للعدالة.
وترى أن المحاكمات تظهر مرة أخرى مدى تسييس العدالة وطبيعة القضاء الإيراني الذي يوفر غطاءً قانونيًا لما ترتكبه قوات النظام الإيراني من جرائم في الأراضي الأحوازية.
وتدعو المنظمة المجتمع الدولي والنشطاء والصحفيين والمدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان تشكيل رأي عام رافض لتلك الأحكام، مطالبة بضرورة التحقيق على وجه السرعة في جميع وقائع التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة السيئ التي ارتكبت بحق المعتقلين الثقافيين.
