يتحرك النظام الإيراني بوتيرة متسارعة نحو إعدام المعتقلين، ودون إبلاغ مسبق نفذ حكم الإعدام في سجن سبيدار الأحواز بحق المناضل الأحوازي حسن عبيات ابو طه البالغ من العمر44 عاما.

وأكدت مصادر حقوقية، إن حكم الإعدام نفذ في الصباح الباكر من يوم الأثنين الموافق 20.02.2023، وبسبب ضغوط الأجهزة الإيرانية الأمنية، لم يقدم محامي المعتقل معلومات دقيقة لأسرته وأيدت المحكمة العليا حكم الإعدام الصادر بحقه.
وكان الأجهزة الأمنية قد اعتقلت الشهيد حسن عبيات في عام 2014 بحجة الإنتماء لجهات خارجية و التهم المفبركة ك العمل ضد الأمن القومي حسب إدعائهم.
وتعرض “عبيات ” خلال فترة الاعتقال في عام 2014 لأقسى أنواع التعذيب الجسدي والنفسي في معتقل المخابرات لعدة أشهر، وبعد نقله إلى سجن شيبان تعرض لمضايقات شديدة من قبل سلطات السجن في الحبس.

السيد حسن عبيات متزوج و لديه طفل يبلغ من العمر 13 عاما من أهالي مدينة الحميدية. تخرج السيد عبيات من جامعة الخفاجية و بسبب الظروف السياسية و العنصرية ضد الاحوازيين ان يحصل علي عمل لهذا أضطر ان يعمل مع أخيه ووالده في مطعم بمدينة الحميدية.

وتعرب المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان عن استياءها العميق من أحكام الإعدام السياسية التي تفتقر إلى مقومات المحاكمات العادلة، ولا تضمن سيرًا شفافًا في إجراءات تلك التهم المحكوم فيها.

وتؤكد المنظمة أن المحاكمات تتضمن العديد من المخالفات الإجرائية التي أبلغ عنها خلال الإجراءات الأخيرة، مثل محدودية الوصول إلى المحامين والمحاكمات الغيابية، أو الفرض الشامل لأحكام الإعدام، ما يشكل خرقا للعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

وتشدد على ضرورة وقف عقوبة الإعدام في ظل محاكمات هزلية تفتقر إلى المعايير الدولية للمحاكمات العادلة، وعبر أجهزة قضائية مُسيّسة لا تتمتع بأي قدر من النزاهة أو الاستقلال.

وتبدي المنظمة مخاوفها الشديدة والمشروعة على حياة المعتقلين في ظل تقويض ضمانات الإجراءات القانونية، وتآكل استقلال القضاء، الأمر الذي فتح الباب على مصراعيه أمام فيضان الإعدامات التي تُنفذ بعد محاكمات جائرة إلى حد كبير.

وتطالب المنظمة كل الهيئات الحقوقية والدولية إلى التحرك الفوري والعاجل لوقف أحكام الإعداد الصادرة بحق باقي المعتقلين، معتبرة أن تنفيذ أحكام الإعدام بهذا الشكل يعد قتل خارج إطار القانون يسأل عنه قانونيًا وجنائيًا من أمر به ونفذه.
