صفقة استخباراتية تضع القيادي الأحوازي حبيب إسيود في دائرة الخطر

يساور المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان القلق الشديد والبالغ على القيادي الأحوازي حبيب إسيود الذي اعتقلته السلطات التركية مؤخرًا وسلمته إلى إيران ضمن صفقة استخباراتية، لم يكشف عن تفاصيلها الكاملة بعد.

 

وبحسب المعلومات التي جمعت من أطراف متعددة، فإن القيادي الأحوازي دخل تركيا في التاسع من أكتوبر المنصرم بجواز سفره السويدي وتم احتجازه هناك طيلة الأسابيع الماضية، وسط تكتم شديد من قبل السلطات التركية التي تجاهلت استفسارات عائلته وجميع رسائل واتصالات السلطات في السويد بشأن مصيره طيلة 25 يومًا، إلى أن تأكد نبأ تسليمه للنظام الإيراني وترحيله عبر الحدود مع تركيا إلى طهران.

 

ووفق ما تناقلته وكالات أنباء تابعة للحرس الثوري الإيراني، فإن السلطات التركية سلمت حبيب إسيود إلى إيران عبر معبر أذربيجان الغربية الحدودي، في إطار عملية استخباراتية.

 

وتجدد المنظمة مخاوفها على حياة “إسيود” الذي من المرجح أن يتعرض لأذى جسدي بالغ قد يصل إلى حد الإعدام على يد السلطات في إيران أو على أقل تقدير الحكم عليه بالمؤبد بتهم ملفقة.

 

وانطلاقًا من الرسالة السامية التي تحملها منظمة العفو الدولية والجهود المكرسة لتحقيق بنود الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وغيره من المواثيق والعهود الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، فإن المنظمة تدعو إلى إطلاق حملة حقوقية لتنفيذ الخطوات التالية:

أولًا: الإفراج عن حبيب إسيود فورًا ودون قيد أو شرط.

ثانيًا: الإفراج عن جميع المعتقلين الأحوازيين الذين سُجنوا دونما سبب سوى دفاعهم عن قضية الشعب الأحوازي العادلة، وإلى أن يتم الإفراج عنهم ينبغي ضمان توفير الرعاية الطبية التي يحتاجونها في ظل تفشي وباء كورونا (كوفيد – 19).

ثالثًا: ضمان خضوع المعتقلين الأحوازيين إلى محاكمات عادلة خاصة وأن النظام القضائي يخضع بشكل كامل لسيطرة النظام الحاكم، واتخاذ الضمانات كافة لتمكين المعتقلين من توكيل المحامين للدفاع عنهم دون إرهاب أو تخويف.

كما تدعو منظمة العفو الدولية إلى التحرك الفوري وممارسة أقصى ضغط على النظام الإيراني حتى يدرك أن أنظار العالم مسلَّطة على أفعاله وانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان بحق الشعب الأحوازي.

كما تطالب المجتمع الدولي ممثلاً بهيئاته الإنسانية والحقوقية، لاتخاذ ما يلزم وفي أسرع وقت ممكن، ومحاسبة من تورط في عملية اعتقال وتسليم “إسيود” للسلطات الإيرانية.
