أصدرت محكمة الثورة في الأحواز أحكامًا مغلظة بالسجن على معتقل بعد أن وجهت له تهم جائرة و انتزعت منه الأجهزة الأمنية الاعترافات تحت التعذيب.
وقالت مصادر حقوقية للمنظمة الأحوازية الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان إن المحكوم عليه هو السيد رسول جلداوي يبلغ من العمر 28 عام من ابناء حي الثورة في الأحواز.
وأوضحت المصادر أن اعتقال السيد چلداوي يأتي في أعقاب الاحتجاجات التي اندلعت في نوفمبر / تشرين من العام 2018، مؤكدة أن المعتقلين اعتقلوا من منازلهم بعد أن داهمتها الأجهزة الأمنية بطريقة وحشية.
ولفتت إلى أن المحكمة وجهت لرسول جلداوي تهم واهية و السجن لمدة 5 سنوات و تبعيده عامين عن أسرة إلى مدينة همدان الإيرانية.

وأكدت المصادر أن المعتقلين الذين تم زجهم في السجون من خلال انتفاضة الكرامة في عام 2018انتزعت منهم الاعترافات تحت قوة التعذيب، مشيرة إلى أن أكثرهم محتجزين في سجون مسجد سليمان ومدينة شيبان في الأحواز دون التقيد بمبدأ الفصل بين التهم.
وعلى هذا، تدين المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان استمرار النظام الإيراني ونظامه القضائي الذي يفتقد للعدالة إصدار أحكامه الجائرة بحق الشعب الأحوازي.

وتدعو المنظمة إلى ضرورة التحرك على كافة المستويات لوضع حد لهذه الممارسات اللاأخلاقية والتي تعتبر وصمة عار على جبين المجتمع الدولي الصامت، تجاه عبث النظام الإيراني بالاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية التي تنص على ضرورة احترام حقوق الأطفال وعدم المساس بها.
