جوانان عرب به حاشیه رانده شده

طی روزهای گذشته انتشار فیلم تجمع جوانان بیکار عرب در احواز مقابل شرکت ملی حفاری تأیید دوباره ایست بر تبعیض سیستماتیک و سیاست های رژیم آخوندی بر عدم بکارگیری جوانان بومی در مناطق عرب نشین .

جوانانی که ۲ هفته در انتظار پاسخ مسئولان شرکت ملی حفاری ایران بست نشسته ولی پاسخی دریافت نکرده اند.

فرزندان روستا‌های ام سلمیه، فرحه، قدیرالسبع و ابویرو (در منطقه زرگان احواز ) روستاهایی که زیر پایشان یکی از بزرگترین ذخایر نفت دنیاست، خانه هایشان با دکل های حفاری و چاه های نفت محاصره شده، کشاورزی شان نابود و زمین هایشان توسط دولت غصب شده و با وجود تحصیلات دانشگاهی در آرزوی یک فرصت شغلی اند.

موضوع عدم بکارگیری نیروهای بومی اتنیکی یکی از سیاست‌های اصلی نظام حاکم بر جغرافیای سیاسی ایران برای تغییر بافت جمعیتی در مناطق عرب نشین است.

برنامه ای که توسط حکومت پهلوی پایه ریزی و اجرایی شد و پس از آن توسط رژیم ضدبشری آخوندی با جدیت هرچه تمامتر دنبال شد.

در بخشی از مصاحبه ام که در ۱۹ آوریل ۲۰۱۸ توسط بی بی سی فارسی منتشر شد نیز بر این موضوع تأکید کرده ام: «تقسیم نابرابر امکانات اقتصادی و اجتماعی و نادیده گرفتن حقوق مردم بومی از مواردی است که سالهاست عرب های احواز شمالي يا خوزستان كنوني به آن اعتراض دارند. ابوحسام با اشاره به این مشکلات می گوید بارها پیش آمده که فردی فارغ التحصیل دانشگاه است یا تخصص لازم برای شغل خاصی را دارد اما به بهانه های مختلف استخدام نمی شود و او مجبور به مهاجرت به استان های دیگر می شود.

او اضافه میکند اگر فرد لهجه عربی داشته باشد شانس کمی دارد که در ادارات دولتی استان کاری به او داده شود در حالیکه این فرد به خاطر بومی بودن می تواند کارایی بهتری داشته باشد.»

این موارد تنها بخشی از تبعیض ها و نابرابری هایی است که هر عرب احوازی آنها را با گوشت و خون خود تجربه می کند. سیاست هایی که در نهایت منجر به سرخوردگی، فقر، حاشیه نشینی و مهاجرت و تغییر بافت جمعیتی می شود.
