Execution Sentences Against Four Ahwazi Activists

The families of four activists detained in the Sheiban prison in northern Ahwaz, including; Jasem Haidari, Nasser Khafajian, Ali Khasraji and Hussain Silawi, were informed about their sons’ executions by the Iranian regime.
Based on The Ahwazi Organization for the Defence of human rights sources, the news has not yet been officially confirmed by the government, and thus the information is not fully precise and reliable.

Because, Iranian regime always attempts to hide facts and deliberately provides imprecise information to mislead the detainees’ families.  The reason behind such unethicality is to escape responsibility، and to not hold accountable in front of the international community and human rights institutions. Therefore, they conduct the execution sentences in an extremely mysterious manner.

Furthermore, it is significant to highlight that the regime’s crimes also encompass the detainees’ families, relatives and friends. As there have been many instances where families could not receive their sons’ bodies, or have not been informed about their graves’ locations. Unfortunately, the crimes against innocent and peaceful Ahwazi activists are countless, and their fates are often unknown to their families.

Therefore, we call on the International community as well as all humanitarian organizations to take immediate actions against the Iranian regime, and to help save the lives of many other innocent and peaceful Ahwazis detained in Iranian notorious prisons.
