The anger prompted the Iranian ambassador to interrupt the head of the Ahwaz Organization for the Defence of Human Rights more than once after he confronted him with the facts he reviewed during the interactive dialogue with the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the rights of migrants in the 44th session of the Human Rights Council.

Mr. AlKaabi criticised the inaction of some countries in protecting Ahwazi refugees from the oppression of the Iranian regime, in addition to other involvement in bowing to Iranian pressure, deals and political settlements.

Mr. AlKaabi said in his speech: “These pain were supposed to end once the arrival once exile was reached. However, the Ahwazi refugee is on top of the most wanted list by the Iranian regime; The regime that simulated plans, recruited agents, assassinated, and used political settlements and agreements to liquidate the Ahwazi refugees. ”

He further stressed that Iran has taken advantage of its influence in the countries it controls, such as Iraq and Lebanon, through its allies, to return asylum seekers, as happened with the activist Muhammad Ali Amouri in Iraq, pointing to the assassination of Ahmed Mawla Nessi in front of his home in the Netherlands, which is the best testimony to the Iranian regime’s resort to the scenario of assassinations through Its cells spread around the world to liquidate the Ahwazi refugees.

The head of the Ahwaz Organization for the Defence of Human Rights stated that after the failure of an assassination attempt, in which the Iranian embassy was implicated in, that targeted Mr. Habib Jabr, his brother Mr. Nasser Jabr, and Yaqoub Hor in Denmark and the journalist Isa Fakher in the Netherlands, the Iranian regime started with a scenario of fabricating the charges for them to be sent into European prisons to block the ray of hope for the Ahwazi people to gain freedom.

He referred to the fact that Mr. Habib Assioud was arrested while traveling in Poland, which ended with the victory of justice for the Ahwazi cause.

Hakim AlKaabi called on the states of Denmark and the Netherlands for a fair and public trial of the cadres and leaders of the Arab Struggle Movement, to liberate the Ahwazi prisoners, and not to bow to Iranian pressure, deals, and political settlements, stressing the need for the international community and governments to provide the necessary and necessary protection to all Ahwazi refugees around the world.
