The Iranian Regime Arrests the Ahwazi Researcher Hussein Farajullah Al-Kaabi without Charge
The Ahwazi Organization for the Defence of Human Rights “AODHR” condemns the arrest of the famous Ahwazi writer and researcher Hussein Farajullah al-Kaabi.
On Friday morning, the Iranian intelligence service raided the house of Madi Farajullah al-Kaabi in the al-Tafkeer district in Tustar city, and arrested Mr. Hussein Farajullah al-Kaabi, 38, who is a father of three; Irfan, Israa and Sami.
Sources, speaking on condition of anonymity for fear of security prosecution, said that the occupation authorities unjustly confiscated all the books of researcher Hussein Farajullah al-Kaabi.
The Iranian regime authorities launch systematic arrest campaign against the Arab Ahwazi citizens to suppress freedoms and silence critics, in repressive practices that violate all international and human conventions.
AODHR calls upon human rights institutions to pressure the Iranian regime to stop the violations against the Ahwazi people i.e. arbitrary arrests, racial and sectarian discrimination and repressive practices that violate all international and human conventions, and to work to restore the stolen rights of the Ahwazi people under the Iranian regime
