القصة كاملة.. أبو نخيلات قرية عربية وقفت ضد الاستبداد الإيراني

قرية أبو نخيلات أو ما يطلق عليها البعض أبو الفضل إحدى القرى العربية التي لا تتجزأ عن وطن الأحواز الأم، تتربع بين بلدة زردشت وقاعدة الدفاع الجوي شمال غرب مدينة الأحواز.

 

وفق السجلات التاريخية التي يحاول أن يزورها الإنظمة الإيرانية من أجل مشروع التفريس، استوطن السكان الأصليين على الأراض الزراعية منذ 4 عقود ومع الانتشار العمراني، شرعوا في بناء المزيد من المنازل ولم تحتج وقتها أية مؤسسة أو منظمة أو هيئة حكومية كانت أو مستقلة.

 

وبحسب التخطيط العمراني الحالي؛ فإن قرية ابو نخيلات (أبو الفضل) أصبحت جزءًا لا يتجزأ من القسم الثامن لمدينة الأحواز وتتكون من 12 شارعًا، بواقع 40 منزلَا لكل شارع، وتقدر قيمة كل متر من الأرض القريبة من الطريق الرئيسي بما يقرب من 2 مليون تومان للمتر.

 

ويبدو أن هذا الأمر جعلها مطمعًا لمؤسسات المرشد التي تعمل فوق القانون بلا رقيب أو حساب، وعلى رأسها مؤسسة النهب المعروفة باسم مؤسسة المستضعفين، حيث استولت مع مؤسسات حكومية أخرى بقوة وضع اليد على عدة هكتارات من أراضي الشعب الأحوازي تحت مزاعم خطة التنمية لمدينة الأحواز.

 

وفي محاولة لإيجاد حلول بالطرق السلمية، توجه سكان قرية أبو نخيلات (أبو الفضل) إلى طهران عدة مرات خلال العامين الماضيين، وقدموا الأوراق الثبوتية وما يؤكد أن هذه الأراضي ميراث الأجداد، وتعهد المسئولين في طهران بحل المشكلة.

 

وبحسب سكان القرية، طلبت المؤسسات جلب السندات والمقايسات، ومواصفات الممتلكات بالإضافة إلى (UTM) وقائمة كاملة بالسكان. ولم يتأخروا في تقديم المطلوب عبر الاستعانة بخبير تسجيل مستندات وإعداد (UTM).

 

ودون سابق إنذار، اتخذت الأوضاع منحنًا تصاعديًا نحو الأسوأ وزادت عمليات الاستيلاء على الأراض بشكل أكبر، وفي محاولة لإرهاب الأهالي تداهم سلطات البلدية برفقة الأجهزة الأمنية التابعة للنظام الإيراني من حين لآخر القرية بشكل وحشي وتدمر بعض منازلنا حتى في الليل، ناشرة الذعر والهلع بين الأطفال والنساء.

 

ومؤخرًا اعتقلت القوات الأمنية أكثر من 130 مواطنًا من سكان القرية، ومارست السلطات ضغوطًا عليهم من أجل الرضوخ لأوامر الاستيلاء وهدم منازلهم والقبول بالتهجير القسري، إلا أنهم رفضوا بشكل قاطع، حتى أحيلوا إلى المحكمة.

 

وأفرج عن معظمهم بكفالة قدرها ملياري ريال لكل منهم، وتم الإفراج عن بعضهم بكفالة مالية، ببطاقة موظف وورقة الراتب وما زالت ملفاتهم مفتوحة في المحكمة.

ولا يثبت أهالي قرية أبو نخيلات (أبو الفضل) وحدهم ملكيتهم لهذه الأراض، إذ تعترف الصحافة الإيرانية المملوكة للنظام الإيراني بأحقيتهم فيها.

 

وكتبت صحيفة شرق الحكومية بهذا الصدد لدى سكان قرية أبو الفضل التي تبلغ مساحتها الإجمالية 25 هكتارا وثائق تظهر أنه في الفترة من 1985 إلى 1991 كان لدى جزء من سكان القرية من خلال مشروع سلمان، مياه زراعية لزراعة القمح والشعير والخضروات والمحاصيل الصيفية. ولكن بعد هدم القناة الفرعية لبناء بلدة زردشت، توقف تزويد المياه لهم.

 

تُظهر هذه الوثيقة أن القرويين لديهم تاريخ يقارب 40 عامًا من العيش في المنطقة، لكن مؤسسة المستضعفين تعلن نفسها مالكة أراضيهم وتمنع توفير الخدمات والقوانين الريفية لمكان إقامتهم.

 

من جهتها، تستنكر المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان استمرار النظام الإيراني في هدم منازل الأحوازيين، معتبرة ذلك تكريسًا لسياسة التطهير العرقي وخطوةٍ لتعزيز مشروع التفريس غير الشرعي على حساب الشعب الأحوازي.

 

وترى المنظمة أن استمرار النظام الإيراني في تفريغ الأراضي الأحوازية من سكانها الأصليين وتهيئتها لجلب مزيد من المستوطنين الفرس يندرج في إطار تنفيذ السياسة الإيرانية والتوجه العام الإيراني القائم على تضييق حياة الأحوازيين ودفعهم للهجرة وترك وطنهم بالقوة.

 

وتؤكد أن هدم منازل الأحوازيين تحت مزاعم ومبررات واهية يعتبر جريمة حرب بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة من معنى وانتهاكًا صارخًا للقانون الدولي، الأمر الذي يستدعي تحركًا دوليًا جادًا يضمن حياة كريمة لشعب أعزل يواجه مصيرًا مأساويًا في ظل استمرار الانتهاكات الإيرانية دون رادع.
