في انتهاك صارخ لحقوق الإنسان، اعتقل جهاز المخابرات الإيراني المواطن الأحوازي مجيد غازي الهاشمي، أحد أبناء أهل السنة والجماعة، في حي الملاشية بمدينة الأحواز العاصمة، وذلك في اليوم الأول من عيد الفطر المبارك.
تأتي هذه الحادثة في سياق تصاعد القمع الممنهج الذي تمارسه السلطات الإيرانية ضد أبناء الشعب الأحوازي، لا سيما المكون السني، في ظل تجاهل واضح من المنظمات الحقوقية الدولية، ودون مراعاة لشعور أهله وأسرته لتغتال بذلك فرحتهم.
من جهتها، أدانت المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان هذا الاعتقال التعسفي، معتبرةً أنه يشكل انتهاكًا صارخًا للإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، وتحديدًا:
المادة 9: “لا يجوز اعتقال أي إنسان أو حجزه أو نفيه تعسفًا”.
المادة 18: “لكل شخص الحق في حرية الفكر والوجدان والدين، ويشمل هذا الحق حريته في اعتناق أي دين أو معتقد، وحرية إظهار دينه أو معتقده بالتعليم والممارسة وإقامة الشعائر”.
كما اعتبرت المنظمة أن استمرار حملات الاعتقال والاضطهاد ضد الأحوازيين، خصوصًا في المناسبات الدينية والاجتماعية، يهدف إلى تكريس سياسات الترهيب وإسكات الأصوات المطالبة بالحقوق المشروعة.
في ظل تصاعد الانتهاكات، تدعو المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحقوقية الدولية إلى التدخل العاجل والضغط على السلطات الإيرانية لإطلاق سراح جميع المعتقلين الأحوازيين، ومحاسبة المسؤولين عن هذه الجرائم ضد الإنسانية.
