أدوية باهظة الثمن .. النظام الإيراني يقود مرضي الأنيميا نحو الهلاك

يشهد القطاع الصحي في عموم جغرافية إيران انهيارًا كبيرًا بسبب سياسات النظام المتخبطة، ومؤخرًا أعلن يونس عرب رئيس جمعية مرضى الأنيميا وفاة 700 مريضًا.
وأرجع “يونس” هذا الأمر إلى سوء التغذية ورفع أسعار الأدوية إذا لا يستطيع مرضى الأنيميا شراء الأدوية بعد أن سجلت أرقامًا فلكية رغم وفرتها في الصيدليات.
وأكد رئيس جمعية مرضى الأنيميا أن منظمة الغذاء والدواء ووزارة الصحة التابعة للنظام الإيراني تعهدوا بتخفيض حصة المريض من الدفع في تحضير الدواء، إلا أن ما حدث كان خلافًا لما اتفق عليه، إذ زادت حصة مرضى الأنيميا مقابل تحضير علاج بمقدار 2.5 ضعف.
وشدد على اعتراضه الشديد على خطة دارفار، مطالبًا من وزارة الصحة العودة إلى التزاماتها، وإلا فإننا سنتخذ الإجراءات القانونية.
ولفت “يونس” إلى أن متوسط مساهمة مريض الأنيميا في الحد الأدنى من تكاليف العلاج وصل إلى 7 ملايين تومان شهريًا، وأي إيصال من هؤلاء المرضى يعتبر مخالفًا للقانون.
واتهم رئيس جمعية مرضى الأنيميا، وزير الصحة التابع للنظام الإيراني المسؤولية لما آلات إلى أوضاع المرضى في عموم جغرافية ما تسمى إيران، إضافة إلى عدم تعاون شركات التأمين؛ إذ أن وزارة الصحة تولت إدارة الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي، والمجلس الأعلى للتأمين في يد وزارة الصحة أيضًا.
من جهتها، تحمل المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، النظام الإيراني، ووزير الصحة التابع له المسؤولية الكاملة عن وفاة المئات من مرضى الإنيميا في عموم جغرافية إيران.
وتؤكد المنظمة أن الشعوب التي تعيش في عموم جغرافية إيران تعاني من أوضاع اقتصادية صعبة ومعيشية متدنية، وقد بلغت معدلات الفقر المدقع إلى بسبب سياسات النظام الإيراني الفاشلة.
وتوضح المنظمة أن ارتفاع أسعار الأدوية بشكل مبالغ فيه، ليست العقبة الوحيدة أمام القطاع الصحي؛ إذ تتنامى ظاهرة الهجرة بين الأطباء الإيرانيين وكذلك الممرضين والممرضات، وغيرهم من العاملين في القطاع الصحي.
وبحسب الإحصاءات المتداولة مؤخرًا، فإن نسبة هجرة الأطباء وأفراد التمريض بلغت العام الماضي أكثر من 10 آلاف شخص، وهو ما يدق ناقوس الخطر على القطاع الصحي في عموم جغرافية إيران.
وترجع المنظمة انهيار القطاع الصحي إلى فقدان العملة الإيرانية قيمتها، والأزمة المعيشية الناجمة عن غياب العدالة الاجتماعية وانخفاض سقف الحريات، وسيطرة عائلات السلطة على الاستثمار في كل القطاعات وعلى رأسها القطاع الصحي حيث يصبح التربح هو المقصد الوحيد من تقديم الخدمة.
وتشير المنظمة إلى أن هناك أكثر من 25 مليون شخص يعيشون تحت خط الفقر في عموم جغرافية إيران، حيث تضاعف أعداد الفقراء إلى ثلاث مرات في عام واحد، ولا يخفى على أحد انتشار ظاهرة سكان المقابر حتى بات الفرد لا يستطيع شراء الخبز الذي ارتفع بشكل مبالغ فيه، فكيف يمكنه شراء الأدوية باهظة الثمن؟
